This movie is about a young woman who seeks revenge for her childhood friend who was raped and took her own life. Every night, she dresses up, goes to clubs, pretends to be drunk, and exposes men who try to take advantage of her.  

In my version of the title sequence, Cassie goes to clubs at night, looking beautiful to attract men and take revenge. I compared this to the story of Adam and Eve — the shiny apple shows temptation and beauty. But in the end, it turns into Medusa’s revenge, as the beautiful apple burns, showing the danger behind beauty. Between the two transitions, the movement of Medusa’s hair and the snake is shown to express her mysterious power and danger.
